Brown basane, spine ribbed and decorated. First edition illustrated with a portrait of Helyot engraved by Antoine Masson in frontispiece. Binding rubbed with slight tears, halo on frontispiece. LA MOTRAYE (Aubry de). Historical and critical remarks on the History of Charles XII by M. de Voltaire, to serve as a supplement to this work. London (Paris), P. Dunoyer, 1732. Fawn basane, spine ribbed and decorated. Counterfeit of the original published the same year, with a frontispiece portrait of the sovereign. Binding rubbed with slight tears, some fungal marks in the outer margin. MÉNAGE (Gilles). Anti-Baillet or critique of Mr. Baillet's book entitled Jugemens des savans. Paris, H. Charpentier, C. Moette, C. Le Clerc, P. Prault & J. Chardon, 1730, in-4, brown basane, spine with ornate nerves.
