(spines slightly rubbed and one browned, spine split in the Benserade volume) Provenance: Octave Uzanne with his bookplate dated 1882. There is, mounted at the head of the volume of the Guirlande de Julie, a long L.A.S. from the Count of Galard, dated March 17, 1876. Brother-in-law of the Duke of Uzès, owner at the time of one of the three manuscript copies of the Guirlande of which one had lost the trace, the Count of Galard gives the list of the successive holders of this volume and proposes to the addressee [Octave Uzanne] to consult it. 6 p. in-8 in 4 sheets, dated 79 rue de Lille, March 17, 1876.
