Travel set with burr wood veneer, embellished with an escutcheon on the top, corners, edges, lock and retractable brass handles, lined with red morocco and decorated with a petit iron frieze of palmettes, foliage and pearls. The lid features a slot for a mirror, missing here. In the lower part, two round crystal flasks with vermeil stoppers, a glass, a rectangular pot, five jars (three with rosettes and vermeil stoppers), a funnel, an eye-washer, a coffee pot with wooden side handle where the cup used to be, two wax cases (one forming an unmarked seal).
