Couple of Nubian torchbearers in carved and lacquered wood with polychrome decoration, the clothes, jewelry and accessories with gold highlights. One hand holds a wooden tray, the other a brass lantern with painted glass panels. Both on later hexagonal wooden saddles with imitation red marble decoration on a black background.
