GERMANY, Berlin Large, egg-shaped vase on an octagonal pedestal, featuring two coiled handles topped with a bird’s head against a gold background. Gold braid and fillet on the pedestal. Marked in blue with a scepter. Chipping on the upper edge, damage at the handle mount, wear on the gold. 20th century, circa 1900. H. 86 cm (Two small chips on the rim, a chip at the support of each handle) Expert: Manuela Finaz de Villaine
